Location: Hyderabad / Vijayawada

Compensation

CTC: 3 LPA 5 LPA (Fixed)

Variable Pay: Up to 3 LPA (performance-based)

Total Earning Potential: Up to 8 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. This is an individual contributor (inside sales) role, with clear growth opportunities into leadership and team management based on performance.

As a BDA, you will play a key role in driving enrollments, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth by guiding learners toward the right upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive enrollments through inside sales channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM follow-ups)
  • Counsel prospective students on suitable courses, career paths, and outcomes
  • Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding learner needs and objections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing learners
  • Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead quality, campaigns, and feedback
  • Track and report daily sales activities, conversions, and pipeline status
  • Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitors, and student expectations

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales / business development (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with inside sales and target-driven environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-focused
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with upskilling, online/offline training programs is a plus
