Role Description The Corporate Relations Executive – Hyderabad (Placements) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations to support student placements. In this role, the executive will identify and approach potential corporate partners, present Codegnans training offerings, and secure placement opportunities for learners. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campus recruitment drives, organizing placement events, maintaining placement records, and regularly communicating with both companies and students regarding openings and interview processes. The executive will collaborate with internal training and academic teams to align student skills with market requirements and share feedback from employers. The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, preparing reports for management, and representing Codegnan professionally at external meetings and events in Hyderabad.

• Candidates should possess strong relationship management and corporate liaison skills, including the ability to network, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring organizations.
• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, public speaking, and the ability to deliver employer-facing pitches and student guidance sessions.
• Candidates should possess coordination and organizational skills, including event planning, scheduling recruitment drives, managing placement processes, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Candidates should possess understanding of technology and education domains, with familiarity or interest in areas such as Java, Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies to engage effectively with industry partners.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to understand hiring trends, map student skills to job requirements, and suggest improvements to placement strategies.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in business, management, marketing, human resources, or a related field are beneficial, along with prior experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a proactive, target-oriented approach to achieving placement goals.
