We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital trends, performance marketing, and lead generation.

Position Details

• Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert
• Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years
• Job Location: Rajapark, Jaipur
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve conversion rates. You will work closely with the design and development team to ensure effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, blogs, creatives)
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Generate quality leads and improve ROI on marketing spend
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC

  Get Hired
  Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Experience working in an agency or similar environment is preferred
