Digital Marketing Associate Google Ads & Meta Ads (E-commerce)

At Codolin, we are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for our e-commerce clients. You will own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and setup to daily optimization and reporting — and work closely with the design and content teams to drive measurable growth in sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
Experience: 2–3 years (must include hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management for e-commerce brands)
Budget handled: Minimum ₹1–2 lakh/month ad spend across Google and/or Meta
Location: Bengaluru (or Remote, as applicable)

Skills Required:-

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands
• Proven track record of managing a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹1–2 lakh with clear ROAS/ROI ownership
• Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels — catalog/feed management, product Shopping ads, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Manager, Meta Commerce/Catalog Manager
• 
  Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and UTM tracking
• Ability to read and act on performance data — CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate — to optimize budgets and bids
• Experience with A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audiences
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and other digital channels is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking
• Strong communication skills to present campaign performance and strategy to clients/stakeholders
  

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce clients, with monthly budgets of ₹1–2 lakh and above
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to build effective campaign strategies
• Manage product feeds and Shopping/Performance Max campaigns via Google Merchant Center
• Build and optimize Meta catalog/retargeting campaigns using Meta Commerce Manager
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations to bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API) to ensure accurate performance measurement
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and e-commerce marketing trends
