Job Description
- As a Python Trainer at our fast-growing organization in the Technology Education & Enterprise Software Training sector, you will be responsible for designing and delivering instructor-led and hybrid Python training programs. These programs cater to learners ranging from beginners to intermediate/advanced levels, incorporating practical labs, projects, and assessments. Your role will involve creating clear and reusable training materials such as slides, code samples, exercises, Jupyter notebooks, and evaluation rubrics aligned with specific learning outcomes.
You will conduct live classroom and virtual sessions, offering mentorship during hands-on labs, and providing timely feedback on assignments and projects. Assessing learner progress through quizzes, practical tests, and project evaluations will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with product/training teams to update the curriculum based on industry trends and learner feedback, particularly focusing on data tooling, web frameworks, and automation.
Managing classroom logistics for hybrid delivery will also be part of your role, ensuring the maintenance of lab environments, LMS content, recordings, and troubleshooting during sessions.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Must-Have**
- Strong practical knowledge of Python, including OOP, data structures, standard library, and hands-on experience with pandas and NumPy.
- Proficiency in building hands-on labs using Jupyter notebooks, real-world exercises, and project-based assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, classroom management abilities, and the capability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
**Preferred**
- Familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask/Django, REST basics, Git workflows, and Linux/CLI for developer tooling.
- Experience with LMS platforms, hybrid/virtual teaching tools like Zoom/Teams, screen-sharing, breakout rooms, and creating recorded video lessons.
