Position: Gen AI Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align
• with the companys overall strategy.
• Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate
• solutions that fit the purpose
• Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the

• companys offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive inovation.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of
• generative AI solutions.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to others.
• Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems.
• Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts.
• Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners.
• Balance between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed
• decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.

• Bachelors in engineering, preferably from Tier-I institute.

• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries.
