Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using LLMs, and latest data science technologies.
• Understand Business problems and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Support the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to enhance various aspects of insurance operations.
• Contribute to the creation of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and storage.
• Participate in the research and evaluation of emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve our solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead and mentor team members, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget

Technical Qualifications:

• Total 5+years of experience.
• Ph.D. in data Science or Msc (Maths/Statistics) with 3+ years experience

  Formal training & certification in data science/AI/ML is required
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Good understanding of data science concepts, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
