Eligibility & Qualifications:

• CA qualification is preferred; candidates with MBA (Finance), CWA, or CFA, along with B. Com. and strong accounting fundamentals, may also apply
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial statement spreading, analysis, and interpretation within credit / investment research workflows, ideally in premier financial services firms
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with the ability to apply accounting standards in financial analysis and reporting scenarios
• Proficiency in a foreign language (French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Chinese) are an added advantage

Role Requirements:

• Work as a member of a team delivering offshore financial spreading services to a global financial institution client
• Deliver financial spreading assignments and ad-hoc stakeholder requests with clear prioritization
• Execute deliverables within compressed timelines, with flexibility to support extended hours as required
• Serve as a point of contact, often interfacing with clients on a day-to-day basis for deliverables and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
• Help allocating work to team members and to review the work before delivering the work to client
• Perform root-cause analysis of process errors and communicate corrective actions proactively
• Support internal audit requirements, including documentation and audit query responses
• Ensure effective delegation and review mechanisms to maintain delivery quality standards
• Identify and drive process improvements, best practices, and productivity enhancements
• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives to keep teams updated on domain and process changes
• Help create structured training programs for new team members covering processes and domain skills
