PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.

What You Will Do

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives tailored for tech and product teams, ensuring a strong sense of belonging and motivation.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 connects, skip-level meetings, and town halls to understand employee sentiment and address concerns proactively.
  • Design and drive recognition and rewards programs that celebrate high performance and contributions.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters with empathy and fairness while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability across teams.

Performance & Talent Development

  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, review cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent development needs and learning opportunities for teams.
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives to support individual and team growth.

Data-Driven HR

  • Leverage HR analytics to track engagement scores, attrition trends, and people metrics.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve team health and performance.

HR Operations & Programs

  • Ensure seamless functioning of HR Management Systems and people processes.
  • Drive employee surveys, analyze results, and implement actionable engagement plans across teams.

What You Should Have

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP / People Partner, preferably supporting technology or product teams

  • Strong experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced product or startup environments.
  • Strong capability in HR analytics, including analyzing attrition, engagement metrics, and workforce insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
