A leading private university and multi-specialty medical hospital in Jaipur is looking for an experienced Head – Marketing & Branding to lead and drive the groups overall brand, marketing, and communication strategy.

This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled brands in the higher education sector and has hands-on experience across both strategic planning and execution.

• Key Responsibilities:
• * Lead the overall marketing and branding strategy across the university and hospital group.
• * Drive integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels.
• * Plan and execute outdoor advertising, print/newspaper campaigns, radio, and media initiatives.
• * Oversee digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and online brand visibility.
• * Conceptualize and execute large-scale university events, admission campaigns, orientations, convocations, and institutional branding initiatives.
• * Build strong agency and media relationships while managing marketing budgets and ROI.
• * Ensure consistent brand positioning across all campuses and business verticals.
• * Work closely with leadership on admissions, outreach, partnerships, and reputation-building initiatives.
• Ideal Candidate:
• * 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Branding.
• * Prior experience in the higher education/university sector is mandatory.
• * Strong exposure to offline branding, outdoor media, newspaper campaigns, digital marketing, and event management.
• * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• * Strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities.
• * Willing to relocate to Jaipur.
