Eligibility Criteria of a HOD

PhD degree in the relevant discipline (Preferred)

Masters degree (M.Tech(CSE) with at least 55% marks (Essential)

• 7-12 years of teaching/research/industry experience
• Proven record of Domain Specific Knowledge (Ex: AI/ML, FSD, Cyber Security/Data Science etc.)
• Proven record of publications in SCI/Scopus indexed journals.
• Proven record of academic leadership.

• Experience in curriculum development, BOS, academic committees.
• Proven record of guiding projects, dissertations, PhD students (preferred)
• Experience in accreditation activities (NAAC/NBA) (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage faculty, timetables, academic planning
• Ability to meet compliance of UGC, AICTE, NEP-2020 norms
• Involvement in COPO mapping, OBE implementation, credit structure design, etc.
