Job Summary

The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing non-technical services within a facility, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, hospitality, and overall comfort for colleagues and visitors. This role involves supervising housekeeping, pantry, front office, pest control, and other soft services Service Providers to maintain high service standards.

• Daily administer operations of housekeeping, pantry, and other office services.
• Assist in processing payroll for soft services staff including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary calculations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the facility.
• Coordinate with Service Providers for timely supply of consumables and toiletries.
• Monitor performance of outsourced staff and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of soft service areas.
• Handle guest and colleagues complaints related to soft services and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain records of consumables, service schedules, and Service Provider invoices.
• Assist n planning and execution of events, meetings, and office arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
