Job Description
CommScope is seeking an experienced Technical Account Engineer, Manager to grow our Structured Cabling Solutions Business in Egypt, Africa and Gulf. This role involves working with our eco-system partners, consultants and end-user customers to position the latest CommScope products and solutions to help solve our customers needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
- development and maintenance of strong relationships with new or assigned clients.
- Gain an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients
- Prepare sales/technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Position the right products and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Understanding and positioning CommScope products and solutions to target clients.
- Participate in negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Provide support to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (bachelor's degree in an engineering disciple is preferred).
- 7+ Years of experience in presales and/or account management roles in Egypt/Africa.
- Knowledge of Enterprise networking and structured cabling technologies
- Strong understanding of SCS products and solutions
- Strong technology and technical knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Strong presentation skills
