Role Overview & Responsibilities:

- Develop and own product roadmaps; manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to launch

- Gather product requirements and align them with business goals to define winning product strategies

- Work with Design & Engineering teams to develop high-quality PRDs and manage scope of each release

- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Leadership for idea generation, prioritization, and execution

- Conduct quantitative analysis and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps

- Analyze market & competition data to define new product features

- Monitor user metrics & feedback post-launch and iterate rapidly

- Create training and support documentation for internal & external users

- Ability to see the big picture and build long-term product strategies

- Strong communication skills to engage engineers, product managers, marketers & executives

- Problem-solving skills to address challenges during product development

- Sound understanding of technical aspects & financial implications of product decisions
