Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enable scalable and reliable deployments
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and stability of production systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement infrastructure as code using automation tools
- Ensure deployments adhere to security, compliance, and best practices
- Automate routine operational tasks to reduce manual effort
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and operational processes
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve escalated issues
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical upskilling
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Hands-on experience managing Linux-based systems
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of system reliability, availability, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of secure system design and compliance requirements

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with process automation and tool implementation
- Familiarity with multi-tier architectures including load balancers, application servers, and databases
- Experience with proactive system monitoring and alerting
- Exposure to operational best practices in large-scale or distributed systems
