Job Description
- As a part of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK SMEs to assess their interest in our services and generate quality leads for the sales team. Your role will also include accurately capturing data in CRM, maintaining strong follow-up practices, and supporting reporting cycles.
To excel in this position, you should have good spoken English skills, a willingness to learn, and be comfortable with client interactions and outbound calling. While prior experience in BPO/telecalling is a plus, it is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, target-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality leads.
In return, we offer a fixed shift from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday) with weekends off. There are also incentive opportunities based on performance. This role is ideal for students, freelancers, or individuals seeking part-time evening work.
