Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Onexus, a fast-growing ITES company located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as paid search, PMax, display, and social advertising for both B2B and B2C businesses. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough keyword analysis, optimizing PPC and Paid Social campaign components, writing compelling ad copy, and implementing A/B split testing for continuous improvement in campaign performance.

You will be expected to continually optimize existing PPC campaigns, provide detailed monthly PPC reports with personal insights and analysis, recommend new content or landing pages to enhance campaign performance, and set up conversion tracking and retargeting pixels. Additionally, staying updated on the latest trends in PPC advertising and conducting competitive analysis within relevant industries will be essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a self-motivated work ethic, possess critical thinking skills, and have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Paid Media. Being Google Ads and Google Analytics certified is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creative writing abilities, and proficiency in tools like Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
