Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to customers via phone, email, or face-to-face
Assist in the integration of systems and software with client environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
Support system implementation and ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
Document support activities and maintain logs for issue resolution
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Requirements:
2–3 years of IT support or technical customer service experience
Knowledge of system integrations is required
Knowledge of e-Invoicing solutions is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good understanding of system solutions and IT infrastructure basics

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Ability to deal with clients professionally both online and in person
