Main Job responsibilities:

• a) Strategic support to Top Management in people matters.
• b) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• c) Implementing timely Performance Management leading to an enhanced performance culture and accountability.
• d) Workforce Planning & Analytics and budgeting
• e) Oversight of HR Operations / Administration
• f) Drive Employee Relations and engagement
• g) Drive Employer branding initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• h) Driving digital HR initiatives for Connect and efficiency.
• i) Proactive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) actions and efficient payroll management.
• j) Driving business outcomes through Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives with defined ROI.
• k) Ensure Compliance & Legal requirements
• l) Partner with Top management to frame and drive Organisational Development (OD) initiative.
• m) Spearhead meaningful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• n) Management and motivation of India HR team for various HR initiatives to deliver planned outcomes to establish a meritocracy and performance-based organisation culture to support business growth and employee development.
