A quick snapshotConga is looking for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst who is meticulous and analytical and will be part of our Competitive Intelligence team. The role&aposs responsibility is to gather, analyze, and report on competitive and market intelligence to support our strategic decision-making processes.

As a Competitive Intelligent Analyst, you will have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, a strong passion for understanding for learning about new and existing technologies in Congas market. By being passionate about technology and market trends, you can construct benchmarking frameworks and methodologies to evaluate competitive offerings against Conga products. Assess the products, pricing, marketing strategies, and overall market position of rivals in relation to their products.
Are you the person were looking for
Related Experience. You should have at least 3 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a related analytical role. Experience in the software or technology industry is what we&aposre looking for. Your strong analytical and research skills, along with the ability to interpret complex data and distill findings into insights, are essential for both internal and external presentations. Having strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the capacity to work alone and as part of a team, and a strong interest in technology and market trends are all important.
Communication skills. Your ability to read and adapt to various communication styles is impressive. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so that you can resolve issues most expeditiously.
Research and Market. Conduct thorough research on competitors, market trends, and industry developments using various sources such as online databases, market reports, and news articles. Evaluate and compare competitor products and services to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to support internal product and sales processes. Support the CI team by updating databases of competitive intelligence information. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations based on competitive product assessments.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Smartsheet, Date sheets

Natural Collaborate. As an Sr. Analyst of Competitive Intelligence to develop competitive sales resources, including battle cards, competitive positioning documents, and FAQs. Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of competitive intelligence insights into sales enablement resources. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitive activities, and market changes.

A good eye for data interpretation.? You should be the type of person excited to dig into data and determine which campaigns are working. Being able to explain why and how to better optimize campaigns for the future is key to collaborating cross-functionally throughout Conga.??
? Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.?You are able to see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is with your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements. This is critical for ensuring our customer issues are resolved in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations without increasing their costs.?
Education. Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an Engineering degree is highly preferred.
