Job Description
- As a part of the Connect Plus team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Connect Plus Workforce Solutions by identifying and attracting high-quality talent. Your responsibilities will include proactively seeking out new candidates and clients, collaborating with the Blue collar Management team, and providing recruitment services to internal clients. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of clients" companies, industries, and work cultures to ensure successful placements in line with company policies.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a proactive and cheerful personality that enables you to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous work experience as a recruiter and the ability to work autonomously will be beneficial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels
- Liaise with internal clients and the Blue collar Management team
- Understand clients" businesses and work environments thoroughly
- Source candidates for vacancies based on company policies
- Create and publish job adverts regularly
