About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates with an Engineering, Computer Science, or IT background who are interested in Talent Sourcing/Recruiting and willing to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

The role involves identifying and engaging technical candidates across the USA, LATAM, and India.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for IT and Engineering positions.
• Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, GitHub, and other online platforms.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable profiles.
• Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment system.
• Work closely with recruiters to support hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition.
• Willingness to learn technical sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
• Basic understanding of IT/engineering technologies.
• Good communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
