Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and match them to client requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies.

Demonstrates strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing offers, ensuring both client satisfaction and candidate engagement.

Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline. Adept at conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and aligning profiles with client requirements. Experienced in handling high-volume recruitment, maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), and generating regular reports on recruitment metrics and market insights.

Excels in client relationship management, understanding business needs, and providing strategic hiring recommendations. Known for strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Demonstrates a proactive approach, meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments without compromising quality.
