Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations with a primary focus on Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Scenario Modeling.
• Gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements across CAPEX, Workforce, Finance, and Project Planning processes.
• Design EPBCS solutions aligned to business needs and financial planning best practices.
• Define application structures including dimensions, hierarchies, member relationships, and calculation logic from a functional perspective.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate planning models and ensure they meet business expectations.
• Demonstrate openness to learning and supporting additional Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as ARCS and Narrative Reporting (NR).

• Possess a strong functional understanding of ASO and BSO cube concepts to support planning and reporting requirements.
  

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in 3–4 Oracle Cloud EPM / EPBCS implementations in a functional role.
• Functional experience with Oracle EPBCS, PBCS, and EPM Suite 11.x.
• Proven experience in building and supporting Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting applications.
• Good understanding of EPBCS predictive planning features and their business use cases.
• Hands-on experience in configuring EPBCS applications to meet business requirements.
• Functional knowledge of ASO and BSO cubes and MDX calculations.

  Get Hired
  Experience in defining and validating business rules and calculations.
• Ability to design and validate financial and management reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio.
• Understanding of data integration requirements with experience in FDMEE/Data Management from a functional standpoint.
  

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA, CA, or CMA is an added advantage.
