About the Role:

We are looking for a high-calibre Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in scaling digital acquisition for a premium D2C brand. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, commercially sharp and capable of owning performance marketing end-to-end - from strategy and media planning to execution, optimisation and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC and LTV across the funnel.
• Develop and execute performance strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Manage significant digital media budgets with a strong focus on ROI and profitable growth.
• Analyse campaign, cohort and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
• Work closely with Creative, Brand, Product, E-commerce and Analytics teams to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency.
• Build dashboards and provide actionable insights on campaign and business performance.
• Identify new channels, audiences and growth levers to diversify acquisition.
• Work with agencies/platform partners where required, while retaining strong ownership of performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of strong performance marketing experience, preferably with a premium / aspirational D2C brand.
• Proven track record of scaling digital spends while improving ROAS/CAC.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance analytics.
• Excellent understanding of D2C metrics, conversion funnels, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS and contribution margins.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability with a commercial/growth mindset.
• Someone who is comfortable getting into the numbers, identifying what is working/not working and taking decisive action.
• Candidates from premium D2C, consumer brands, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, luxury, food & beverage or other high-growth consumer businesses preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who has actually scaled a D2C business, not merely managed campaigns. Someone who can look at a 1 crore media budget and answer: "Where should the next 10 lakh go, and why?"
