Job Description
Role A Resident EngineerCivil in a railway station redevelopment project is responsible for supervising all civil works at site, ensuring compliance with railway standards, drawings, and specifications. They coordinate with contractors, consultants, and railway authorities to ensure smooth execution in an operational railway environment. They monitor daily progress, quality, and safety, and approve construction methodologies and ITPs. They resolve technical issues, manage interfaces with structural, architectural, and MEP teams, and ensure timely completion of milestones. They also verify measurements, assist in bill certification, and maintain proper documentation. Finally, they support testing, commissioning, and handover activities. & responsibilities
