Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive who can plan, create, and execute digital marketing and social media strategies. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
You will manage brand visibility, create engaging posts and campaigns, analyze performance, and support marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities? Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
? Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form promotional videos.
? Design creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
? Schedule and manage posts using Meta Business Suite or equivalent tools.
? Research social media trends, hashtags, and content formats to boost engagement and reach.
? Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
? Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain an active online community.
? Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to align branding and campaign goals.
? Support promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
Who You Are? Creative, energetic, and passionate about digital marketing and social media.
? Strong understanding of digital trends and platform algorithms.
? Comfortable creating visual content and basic promotional videos.
? Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
? Curious and eager to learn about finance and consulting industries.
Requirements? Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
? Familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X.
? Basic knowledge of content creation tools: Canva, Figma, or similar.
? Basic knowledge of video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or VN (preferred).
? Strong command of English and communication skills.

? Internship or coursework in digital marketing, content creation, or media studies.
? Knowledge of paid campaigns (Meta / Google Ads).
? Experience with influencer collaborations or SEO for social content.
? Basic motion graphics or storytelling-based video editing skills.
? Awareness of finance or consulting industries.
Compensation & Work Structure? Full-Time | Onsite Role (Hyderabad)
? Monthly Salary Structure:
? ?12,500 per month for the first 3 months (training period)
? ?15,000 per month from Month 4
? ?17,500 per month from Month 6 based on performance
? Performance-based hikes and long-term growth opportunities
? Mentorship from senior marketing and operations leads
