About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled SEO Operations & Execution Lead to bring advanced SEO strategies to life. This is not just about writing meta tags or running audits - it's about operationalizing the playbooks of the world's best SEO minds into consistent, measurable execution.
The right candidate thrives in the details: implementing tactical frameworks, running scalable workflows, coordinating with content/marketing teams, and ensuring every deliverable aligns with cutting-edge search practices (Google + AI discovery platforms).
You'll partner with strategy leaders but own the execution engine that powers visibility, authority, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Centric SEO Execution: Implement AI-driven frameworks to optimize content for both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
- E-E-A-T Content Alignment: Ensure all published content follows experience, expertise, authority, trustworthiness guidelines; audit and flag gaps.
- Answer Engine Optimization: Manage schema markup, structured data, and entity optimization to secure knowledge panels and AI overview visibility.

- Content & Link-Building Operations: Research, produce, and optimize tactical content campaigns; manage backlink outreach and monitor link quality.
- Training & Content Processes: Build and refine repeatable content production workflows; train content writers/editors on SEO best practices.
- Technical & International SEO Support: Execute technical audits, monitor crawl/indexation health, and apply international best practices to strengthen site architecture.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years in hands-on SEO execution, with measurable wins in organic growth.
- Strong grasp of technical SEO (crawling, site speed, schema, Core Web Vitals, indexation).
- Experience optimizing for E-E-A-T signals and entity-based SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and content optimizers (Surfer, Clearscope, Frase, Jasper, e tc.).
- Hands-on content optimization skills: keyword research, on-page SEO, interlinking, content briefs.
- Strong analytics competency: GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to run processes and keep cross-team workflows on track.
