Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career within an international group operating across the UK, Europe, and the UAE.

• Process supplier invoices and customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules as requested.
• Work closely with senior finance team members on ad hoc projects.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
