  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development techniques to optimize functionality and performance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the deployment and testing of Salesforce solutions ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring successful project execution.
  • Utilize domain skills in IT business support and engineering design to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with scalability and future growth in mind supporting long-term business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce solutions. Qualifications -
  • Extensive experience in SFDC Data Integration Development and Customization is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is essential for enhancing customer engagement.
  • Domain skills in IT business support and engineering design are highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective solution design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for success.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends is important.
