About the role

You will drive demand for Lex Mores Techs products, across all our product lines including Contract Bazaar, through digital and on-ground channels. You will own performance marketing, SEO, events and e-commerce-style marketing, and you will work closely with, and report to, the Sales Manager, so that everything marketing produces directly feeds and converts the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• ● Plan, run and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other paid channels to generate quality leads
• ● Own SEO strategy and execution to grow organic visibility and inbound leads
• ● Apply e-commerce marketing practices to improve funnel conversion and campaign performance
• ● Plan and run events, both on-ground and online, to generate leads and build the brand
• ● Manage marketing vendors, agencies and freelancers, holding them to deliverables, timelines and budgets
• ● Work closely with the Sales Manager to align marketing output with sales targets and pipeline needs
• ● Track, measure and report on marketing performance, including leads, cost per lead, CAC and ROI

What we are looking for

• ● 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing
• ● Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing
• ● Experience running events
• ● Strong performance marketing experience across paid channels
• ● SEO experience
• ● Vendor management experience
• ● Comfortable reporting into a sales head, with a demand-generation and pipeline focus
• ● Analytical, data-driven, and able to own the numbers
