Content Creator

About the Role:

Were hiring a dynamic, expressive on-camera ”In-House Content Creator” to become the face of our D2C

brand. You'll create 2/3 short-form video content pieces every day across Reels, YouTube Shorts, and

paid ads. Think product explainers, UGC-style ads, testimonial formats, and trending content.

You’ll be fully supported by a dedicated videographer and editor - your job is to bring the energy, delivery,

and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the on-screen face of our brand across Reels, Ads, and Short-form video content
• Shoot 2–3 short-form content pieces daily, including:
• Problem/solution formats
• UGC-style testimonials
• Product demonstrations & skincare routines
• Trend-based/meme Reels
• Work from creative briefs and collaborate with the marketing team
• Participate in story takeovers, launch videos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay updated on trends, hooks, platform changes, and viral formats
• Be open to working closely with in-house cinematographer/editor on shoot days

Required Skills & Experience:

• Comfortable speaking naturally to camera - confident, expressive, and engaging
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling - hooks, relatability, and emotion
• Fluent in English + Hinglish (regional language is a plus)
• Familiar with Reels & YouTube Shorts format
• Able to follow briefs and also improvise when needed
• Passionate about wellness, skincare, or beauty a big plus

Good to Have:

• Past experience as a UGC creator, influencer, or face of a brand
• Strong understanding of what works in Meta ads and social content
• Open to appearing in brand live sessions, testimonials, or event content
• Desire to grow into a lead content strategist/creator role over time
