Role Description The Fashion Consultant role at Cop Your Drip is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. In this role, the consultant will advise customers on outfits, sneaker choices, and accessories that align with their style preferences and current trends. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The consultant will maintain product displays, stay updated on new releases and fashion trends, and support sales targets through informed recommendations and upselling. Collaboration with the store team to create an engaging, inclusive environment and support store events or launches is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to understand streetwear and sneaker culture and translate trends into wearable looks.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers, build rapport, and deliver a positive in-store experience.
• Sales skills, including the ability to recommend complementary items, handle objections, and contribute to meeting store sales goals.
• Ability to stay current with fashion and sneaker trends, social media-driven style movements, and new product drops.
• Prior experience in retail fashion, streetwear, or sneakers is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment in Nagpur.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory procedures is beneficial.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
