We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare budgets, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports
Reconcile accounts and manage invoice processing
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and transparency
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial record management, budgeting, and auditing
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and compliance
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in the cleaning services or facilities management industry is a plus
