Head - Operations

1. Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all areas of operation

• 2. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, production scheduling, and quality control, to meet production targets and customer demand
• 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• 4. Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including supervisors, technicians, and support personnel, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and engineering, to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures in all aspects of operations
• 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement, and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability
• 8. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
• 9. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
• 10. Provide updates to senior management on key performance indicators, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• 11. Monitor and manage the budget for the operations and maintenance activities.
• 12. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining plant efficiency and reliability.
• 13. Drive initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency, and maintenance processes.
• 14. Implement best practices and adopt new technologies to enhance plant operations and maintenance capabilities.
