Project Manager

We need an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology projects including ERP implementations, system integrations, and digital-transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud-migration projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with sponsors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with full transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, and client personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and drive resolution of blockers.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and quality standards.
• Manage change requests, scope changes, and contract amendments.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering ERP, CRM, or integration projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing distributed and multi-vendor delivery teams.
