Internship:

• Stipend on training Period
• Full Time: Employed as full time based on performance

• Preferrable : MBA Graduates

Learning Opportunities:

• During internship, you will be mentored by the senior management team and will learn:
• Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, social media, direct recruiting, etc.
• Reach out to candidates and gather the necessary information.
• Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers with speed and efficiency.
• Creating and establishing a network through different sources
• Networking with potential candidates using online/offline channels to ensure that it attracts talented professional and reduces its time to hire.
• Developing talent relationships through LinkedIn, Emails, Cold Calls etc.
• Learn a lot in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and collaborative environment.
