Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune District for a Product Development Manager. The main responsibilities include leading product development activities, conducting market research, and collaborating with Research and Development (R&D) teams to create innovative solutions. The role involves partnering with sales and marketing teams to define product strategies, managing product life cycles, and ensuring that products align with customer needs and market trends. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key priorities for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Research
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Educational background in Agriculture, Product Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the agriculture or fertilizer industry is an advantage
