Job Description
We are looking for a smart and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling reception duties and a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier handling.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day clerical tasks.

- 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front office executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and well organized.
