Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems. This includes building and integrating APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences. Additionally, you will implement targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data and contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech/AdTech stack. It is crucial to ensure security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency. Staying current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs) is essential, along with supporting experimentation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure. Lastly, you will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
