Insurance Sales Specialist

Position Overview:

The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintain relationship with new and existingcustomers. Reaching the targets and goals set for the month. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Follow up on the database / leads provided by company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert assigned leads into successful sales through effective customer conversations and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions accordingly.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead engagement, follow-ups, conversion, and post-sales coordination.
• Focus on customer servicing and relationship management to support long-term retention.
• Drive business generation to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track individual sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and provide periodic business updates to the reporting manager.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Fresher to max 2 years of experience.
• Good communication & understanding skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Exceptional selling & negotiation skills.
• Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
• Organized, self-discipline and pro-active.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills.
