Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects that directly shape the companys strategy, growth, and operations. You will work under the leadership team and gain cross-functional exposure across business, product, operations, and finance.

What you will do?

• Work with the leaders to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems.
• 
  Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends, and competition.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Finance) to track execution and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Support preparation of business reviews, decks, and CEO-level presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability across business processes.

What we are looking for?

• Graduation from a premier institute.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, product, or business strategy roles
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data tools is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
