About Us
At Coverfox Group, we're not just changing how insurance is bought - we're redefining how protection is built, delivered, and experienced across every corner of India.
Our mission is bold yet deeply rooted: to make insurance simple, affordable, and truly accessible - not just in cities, but in the most remote parts of Bharat. With innovation at our core, we launched India's first digital insurance brokerage, pioneered the PoSP (Point of Sales Person) model, and enabled some of India's largest consumer brands to embed insurance effortlessly into their ecosystems. But this is just the beginning.

- Drive annual business plans, revenue targets, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
2. Insurer & Placement Management
- Build and manage relationships with insurance companies, underwriters, and TPAs.
- Ensure competitive pricing, optimal coverage design, and effective claims management across the portfolio.
- Review and negotiate policy wordings, coverage enhancements, and insurer service commitments.
3. Claims & Portfolio Governance
- Monitor claims performance across the portfolio and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Review claim-to-premium ratios, buffer utilization, TPA performance, and insurer service levels.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and claims analysis with clients and insurers.
- Drive initiatives to improve claims experience, client retention, and portfolio profitability.
4. Corporate Client Management
- Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and CXOs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on employee benefits design, renewal strategy, and risk management.
- Lead key client reviews, renewal presentations, and benefits consulting discussions.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Employee Benefits sales, servicing, and placement teams.
- Establish performance metrics, operating processes, and best practices across the EB function.
- Drive collaboration between sales, servicing, placement, claims, and insurer partners.
