About the Role:

An important and diverse role in HR that is expected to help co-lead the people journey through Business HR function. The role is especially suited for young leaders who have shown early signs /abilities to take charge and drive change from people excellence and culture perspective. The incumbent is expected to build trust and partnership with business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will be required to operate in multiple matrix relationships, while maintaining direct accountability on the people agenda. The role is expected to evolve and expand steadily based on faster achievement of success criteria.

Key Expectations (Indicative & Evolving):

• Act as an HR domain consultant/business partner/people advisort to enable business success
• Work with business leaders on key areas of productivity, pyramid and people cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management
• Plan and Partner with business on multiple agendas related to Headcount planning, Attrition, Engagement, Talent Growth etc.
• Collaborate with CoE teams on people & culture practices/priorities to drive on-ground change with business leaders/managers
• Identify areas of automation opportunities within but not limited to Business HR team and drive process streamlining
• Focus on capability development and productivity in business portfolios through industry benchmarking, awareness and facilitation support
• Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergised solutioning between Business and HR in alignment with COE-HR Team
• Drive outcome based strategic projects/initiatives at unit/org level
