Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption across digital products. The role involves translating user, faculty, and business needs into scalable product solutions while driving measurable outcomes through data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enabled innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Discovery

• Understand user needs, faculty workflows, and business requirements.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, MVPs, and phased releases.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and product data reviews.
• Prioritize opportunities based on user value, business impact, evidence, effort, and risk.

2. Product Delivery and Outcomes

• Own product requirements, user journeys, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams while maintaining clear ownership of product direction.
• Coordinate launch readiness with QA, content/academic teams, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
• Track product adoption, engagement, retention, user outcomes, and business impact after launch.
• Manage multiple products or product areas according to business priorities.

3. AI-Enabled Product Management

• Identify valuable AI use cases across learning, content, search, recommendations, and operations.
• Define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, human validation, and success metrics for AI features.
• Understand LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI capabilities, limitations, costs, privacy, and safety considerations.
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation, ensuring human verification.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Support teams.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure product decisions are evidence-led and aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously incorporate user feedback and product analytics into product improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience, including strong ownership of digital product management.
• Proven experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements definition, product launches, and adoption.
• Strong user research, product analytics, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products or product areas based on business priorities.
• Understanding of mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, and modern product-engineering practices.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and responsible AI implementation.
• Ability to use AI tools productively while protecting confidential information, credentials, and user data.
• Commitment to human review, testing, security validation, and traceability for AI-assisted outputs.

Good-to-Have Experience

• Experience in medical education, EdTech, healthcare, or content-platform products.
• Familiarity with learning journeys, video-based learning, MCQs, assessments, or educational platforms.
• Experience with semantic search, recommendation systems, knowledge platforms, or AI-powered products.
