Job Description
- The Junior Architect position at our reputed architectural and design firm in Marine Lines, Mumbai requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Arch degree, 1-3 years of experience in residential architectural projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for preparing and modifying architectural drawings, conducting site visits, ensuring design compliance with building codes, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing construction documents, contributing to project proposals and design presentations, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. You should have a strong understanding of UDCPR rules and regulations, excellent communication skills in English, and the willingness to travel to Panvel and Navi Mumbai for project requirements. Preferred candidates are male or married female candidates.
