Job Description
- As a Solution Architect in the Data & AI Centre of Excellence, you will be at the forefront of architecting AI solutions that address real business challenges and drive measurable impact. Your role will involve being the primary technical interface for customers, from presales to project delivery, ensuring professional and trusted relationships are maintained. Your expertise and guidance will be crucial in fulfilling customer needs and swiftly resolving any impediments that may arise.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the international sales team in acquiring Traditional AI/Generative AI projects, leading technical discussions with customers to identify their needs, crafting and presenting technical proposals, managing RFPs, RFIs, and hands-on POCs, converting POCs into contracts, leading large customer engagements on NLP projects, and identifying opportunities to develop NLP IP and drive innovation within the company.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning techniques, with a focus on Generative AI, hands-on experience in engineering and software architecture design, expertise in business analysis, and experience with AWS and/or Azure Data & AI Services.
In addition to technical skills, your success will be enhanced by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate and negotiate effectively, manage risks, and demonstrate self-motivation, analytical mindset, and organizational abilities.
