- As a skilled ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in various technical areas to enhance the ServiceNow platform and provide efficient solutions to meet business requirements. Your role will involve developing and implementing Service Portal and Employee Service Center Pro solutions effectively.
You should possess a strong command of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and AngularJS to build custom widgets, pages, and instances while ensuring seamless communication between them. Your proficiency in scripting, including Business rules, client scripts, script includes, glide Ajax, ACL, UI policies, UI actions, workflows, and flow designer, will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience in AI Search, Manager Hub, Mobile Development, Virtual Agent, and conversational AI will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, familiarity with Content Publishing, Content Experience, Content Analytics, and Content Governance modules is essential. You should also be well-versed in knowledge management principles and practices.
Your expertise in ServiceNow Language translation framework, dynamic translation, Raytion integration, and UI Development Knowledge in Angular or other UI frameworks will be advantageous. You must have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform development, enterprise architectures, and integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted Rest, and Data sources.

In addition to technical skills, you should demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, including the ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow performance issues, identify root causes of bugs, and apply configuration and customization best practices for a stable platform. A good understanding of the ServiceNow data model, task hierarchy, CMDB, user management, and data relationships is essential.
This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with expertise in ServiceNow, Service Portal, Employee Service Center Pro, Javascript, and AngularJS. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and the role is based in a remote location.,
