Job Description
- You will be joining Create Studio, a multidisciplinary firm based in Bengaluru, known for its expertise in architecture, interior design, cinematography, photography, branding, UI/UX, and product design. At Create Studio, we believe in collaboration and the transformative power of creative vision to bring innovative solutions to life in various design fields.
As a Senior Architect / Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include project management, architectural design, integration with other disciplines, and ensuring that projects are delivered in line with client specifications and quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and refine architectural concepts and details. Additionally, you will be involved in overseeing site execution, mentoring junior architects, and driving design research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects throughout all stages from concept development to final completion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects within the team.
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Drive design research, detailing, and innovative solutions.
- Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the studio's growth through operational, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a strong interest in Interiors.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architectural project leadership.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proficient in design/documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- A portfolio showcasing your built work, demonstrating a deep passion for design and commitment to excellence.
