About Company
CreateTuff Media is the team behind fast-growing podcasts and YouTube channels in tech and financial advisory, along with creators and brands across the US, UK,, and worldwide. We turn one long-form video into a week of content across every platform, building authority, reach, and real business growth through our distribution system.
Were looking for someone with some outreach, sales, lead generation, research, or VA experience, or a committed college student who can give 6-7 hours every weekday. Youll get hands-on training in client outreach and AI tools and work directly with the founder.
- Day-to-day responsibilities:
- 1. Research and find 40+ potential clients a day: podcasts, YouTube channels, creators, and brands in the US and UK.
- 2. Watch parts of their content and note strong moments with timestamps
- 3. Find contact details (email, LinkedIn, Instagram) and log them in our CRM.
- 4. Draft personalized outreach messages using our templates.
- 5. Send emails and follow-ups, and track replies
- 6. Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to research and write faster.
- 7. Share a short daily update on prospects added and messages sent.
